Merchandise return policy

Please Note: This policy applies strictly to physical merchandise (apparel, posters, accessories). Festival Passes and Tickets are 100% Non-Refundable. For ticket-related inquiries, please refer to our Terms of Sale at checkout.


The 14-Day Window

High Tide accepts returns on merch items within 14 days of delivery. To keep our inventory clean for the community, all merchandise becomes FINAL SALE 7 days prior to the festival gates opening, regardless of the original delivery date. No exceptions.


Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

-Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

-Complete with all original labels, tags, and packaging intact.

-Free of any odors (smoke, perfume, body odor) or visible wear.

*Items that do not meet these criteria will be rejected and returned to the sender.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free shipping on all exchanges (subject to stock availability) to make sure you're geared up properly for the fest.


Returns & Fees (USA Only)

-Exchanges: Free.

-Returns (Partial or Full Order): A flat shipping and restocking fee of $20 USD will be deducted from your refund.


Shipping Costs: Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping and you return the entire order, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund.


Sale & Referral Items

Items purchased during a sale or via a fan referral link are returnable within the 14-day window. You will be refunded the exact amount paid at the time of purchase.


Damaged Items & Claims

If your merch arrives damaged, email info@hightidefestival.com immediately with photos. We’ll swap it out at no cost. For lost returns, you must provide a receipt or proof of return for us to investigate.
